   using current 1.7 jcrawler release with no problems in j1.5.14.

   first time running jcrawler after upgrading to j1.5.17 and I get a 401 error when generating sitemap.

   HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized on url http://www.bits-stl.com/

   There are 1 links in your sitemap.

   any ideas?

   problem solved

   Verify if you are running in CGI mode or fCGId.

   The jcrawler tool does not seem to run correctly under fCGId mode.
