"RewriteBase /" is not commented out in my .htaccess file in the root directory.

    Error:
    httpcode: 403 on url http://rockzombieoutlaws.com/

    Message
There are 1 links in your sitemap.
    Success, wrote .../html/sitemap.xml
    Success, wrote .../html//administrator/components/com_jcrawler/config.xml
    total time: 2.3922 seconds

I have seen that a 403 can be caused by using a / at the end of a url, but I can connect to the site by typing in the exact address the crawler is using. It is set to put the xml file in the root directory. All other settings are set at default for beta 1.7.
    Any ideas?

    Hey,

do you have configured some other rewrites in your .htaccess?
    Or added/deleted something?

No sir. I have added to the .htaccess.

    None of which say "RewriteBase".

Are there things I should look for in the .htaccess file that could cause a 403 error?

I have some lines to setup my joomla/phpbb3 bridge and that is all that is not commented out at this point in time. Here are the lines:

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^(/component/option,com) [NC,OR] ##optional - see notes##
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} (/|\.php|\.html|\.htm|\.feed|\.pdf|\.raw|/[^.]*)$ [NC]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule (.*) index.php

hmm i guess there is a rewrite problem!.

its difficult to see, maybe you can comment it out, and run the crawler?
after running the crawler remove the comment tags.

    just to be sure!
