   I use ch404SEF, thus links are translated into Russian and look like http://www.pixelsblend.com/казань/web-дизайн/сайт-визитка.html
   It is clear that in sitemap.xml the link looks thus
   http://www.pixelsblend.com / % D0%BA%D0%B0%D0%B7%D0%B0%D0%BD%D1%8C/WEB - % D0%B4%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B0%D0%B9%D0%BD / % D1%81%D0%B0%D0%B9%D1%82 - % D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B8%D1%82%D0%BA%D0%B0.html

   How to result it in correspondence ru-ru
   That and in sitemap.xml the link looked http://www.pixelsblend.com/казань/web-дизайн/сайт-визитка.html
