I have the following problem with Jcrawler and I think sh404sef. Because these are the only 2 components I have installed so far.

I have done my research and it seems many other joomla site owners have these problems with these two great components.

    Jcrawler does not generate links.

I have tried, uncommenting Rewritebase / , shut off the security features on sh404sef non of the actions would show the links.

The website it made on joomla 1.5.9 and is in its development stage.

I would really love to work with both extensions.

    Also when I want to validate the xml it give sthe following error;

    (http://www.sportsbrite.com/sitemap.xml:3:2: Invalid per cvc-complex-type.1.2.4:
content of urlset is not allowed to end here (1), expecting [u\'{http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9}:url\']:)

PLeass get backe to me and help me solve this problem. Thank you

    hi sportsbrite,

thank you for your post, you have to put your site online, else the crawler cannot crawl your site :)

validating a sitemap with no links will result an error, thats normal.

    Dear Partick,

O my god was it that simple? LOL sorry about that....I have left everything in its orginal status. Which means no uncomment and security + flood protect by sh404sef.

The site is know life for 30 minutes.

Thank you so much check in your paypal 5+ dollar donation. Hope all is well and keep up the good work...

:) thank you harvey, I appreciate that!

In the next release jcrawler will add the IP of your domain to the whitelist of sh404SEF. so you dont have to disable floodprotect.

One question I do have when are you going to make it possible to set priority per link or category?

soon, 2 or 3 weeks i think, It needs a little bit testing, the automatic priority calculation is experimental yet.
