   what puzzles me is how some links are not picked up as they seem \'external\'? i.e. on publication page, is it because of js?

   ok, with level 3,

   There are 576 links in your sitemap.
   total time: 51.5291 seconds

   hmm with version 1.7 i improved the link detection...but external links wont get included!

    Try with http://www.levelkro.net and http://www.chezpm.ca

    You can try to resolve a little bug, the JCrawler 1.7 make an empty line in sitemap ( see http://www.chezpm.ca/sitemap.xml )
